A Good Spy Catcher

Hi All

Well more problems with my PC. I cleared my temp folder as usual but I cannot get rid of some cookes.

atdmt.net

bluekai.net

doubleclick.net

207.net

I've done all the neccessary but they just won't go.

I've put them on the blocked list.

also work this out after clearing the temp folder not only can I not get rid of these but some outlook ecpress has appeared and that won't go either,

Any ideas what I can do??

I done a countespy scan and a superantispyware scan both saying they have found these.

So has anyone got a good adware/malwae I could use.

Another one I use is the following, but you need to pay for the Pro version, which is better than the free version.

The other thing is to check your any=tivirus is up to date with the latest version and has the latest database.

Try the above link, I've used c cleaner for a year or so and seems to work for me.
