Hiya.as you may be aware I posted an enquiry on here a few days ago re;Ventura Sunplus Awning.The seller on ebay very kindly contacted me to say the awning was not the right size for our van and a full refund will be given. How kind is that? They even told me the sixe I need.On further investigation I discovered that they are a very well known caravan company.Thank you W**** A*****!!!!!!

It's ok to post the name of the company who helped you T.C.

We are not allowed to 'name and shame' companies, dealers etc in connection with complaints but if a dealer provides good service we like to know who they are and they deserve a mention.
 
Ii was WHITE ARCHES CARAVANS!! I did not know that, when I foolishly paid upfront and then asked the question!!! Lesson learned.They could so easily have taken advantage of my mistake.

That is a big heads up to White Arches!!
