So whilst they were looking into it went and did our shopping. Called back when finished and they had to concede that they were beaten and even their head office couldn't get a key like it.

I'm struggling here.
How is it Hartal through third parties can supply new lock barrels with two new keys yet neither they or Swift can organise one simple key other than a charge of £48.00.

Absolute madness and theft imo.
