I guess you're having trouble posting - have a look on the 'our website' section for tips on how to make your post appear.
I'm also guessing that you're either posting information about the bridge closure on the A28 in Rouen, or asking for information. In either event, if you're heading for the south (Dordogne/Languedoc area) you can still go down the A28 until the T junction before the bridge, then turn left, and continue alongside the Seine towards Pont de l'Arche (good overnight site there) and then Evreux.

Those heading west may wish to follow the diversion signs at the junction with the A29 instead.
