Hello from a newbie on here, but a long time...very..caravan owner.
Currently down in N Devon....went to close the door window blind last night and the pull down plastic thing has snapped off so now can't keep it down ! (Used black tape to try and hold it.) Any ideas to repair/replace somehow ? Thanks

The roller blinds are available on Ebay, I replaced mine on our Abbey 620.
Carefully prize off the outer surround and the blind slots in.

Hi I've used uhu glue on plastic parts as it welds the parts together..I have also repaired polyplastic window cracks temporary with it.

I have used Plastaid on a caravan sink edge that had been badly damaged. It bonded the the pieces then I used it to overlay a smooth surface that could be smoothed and polished down to give a near invisible repair.

google superglue + baking powder repairs
Makes a really strong bond, much stronget than superglue on it's own.
I have used it in the past to repair old computers/games consols where screw posts etc had broken off etc etc

I find miter glue to be exceedingly useful for all sorts of things. Works a bit like super glue, but much better imho. It can be used on its own or accelerated with the included spray to set in 15 seconds.

Originally designed for mitre’s but it works on many other materials.

May or may not do the job, but will still be useful elsewhere.
