Towbar in weird position

Good morning,

While installing my detachable towbar, I ran into a problem.

It is locked in the shown location. Whereas the pre-installation setting shoukd be with the green pin up (which shoots into the top of the green area when installed), it is now at the bottom.
I can not get the key out and i cant push the handle back to the bar.

Online I can only find help on how to install it but nothing about this. Anyone who knows how to fix this? 😄

Thanks!
Unfortunately not in the video. The towbar didnt lock/click into position anymore.
It is solved though so for the next person:

If westfalia towbar is in pre installation position but doesnt lock to the car appropriately so that the green pin is in the green area. And if the key doesnt get out so that it seems completely locked:

There is a small little pin protruding (near the bottom with mine), if you hit that with the back of a screwdriver, it shoots back into the correct pre-installation position so that it locks correctly to the car

Thanks!

Does that mean that it is now working correctly each time you fit and remove it and that it can be locked, then key removed. Or does the small pin need tapping each time, in which case it’s only a temporary solution that needs to be resolved.

Looks as though it needs a spray of WD40 to free it up.

That doesn’t sound right to me. Are you sure such action guarantees a secure attachment? For my own peace of mind I’d go and show it to a Westfalia approved engineer workshop.
