From The diagram Hutch provided it is a 3A fuse in line in the brown/yellow cable described by van Dam as dangling in a short lead close to the back of the distribution panel.

Prof, it is not the 20 amp supply from the battery, the Circuit diagram. Shows it a s 3 amp fuse supply to the fridge, but Van Dam said it was just hanging from a wire. Maybe an afterthought , after problems.
Much like hidden fuses in the Combi heaters.
