Abbey Spectrum 418 problems with water

Hi We are having major problems with the water in our 2008 Abbey Spectrum. The pump seems to run but is not drawning water from the aqua roll. Before this happened the water seemed to splutter and then decided not to work at all. Hubby has checked pipes and non return valve but nothing obvious.

Hi again - hubby has double checked and it appears there is a very slight leek from one of the pipes which has been allowing air into the system hence no water! All sorted thank goodness
