Hello....The main thing with any post is to keep it positive, I know that its difficult, especially when you think something is wrong. Over the past year I have had a fair bashing from others on the subject of Polyplastic, but at least it has got my message across. Over 5000 owners have benefited from our website, so far...some have launched their own legal cases and some have succeeded in gaining compensation..As long as the moderators are unbiased, that is all you can ask. In general Forums are a healthy environment and this one is particularly good....Andrew (try reading some of the others)

I think the moderators on this forum are especially unbiased! They do have their own opinions, of course, just like any of us, but they try not to let them get in the way of fair moderation, and don't foist their opinions on us.
There are always going to be negative posts on any forum, it's generally in the nature of people to complain, rather than praise.
Oh, and on the subject of this forum........what's happening about the much-vaunted upgrade? The techies seem to have gone extremely quiet.....let's hope that means they're busy beavering away getting on with it!! ;o)

Soozeeg, the first I knew of any upgrade was on the forum.
Having been promised a new forum some 4 years ago, when I see it I will believe it.

If you believe you are doing some good and achieve results then good for you. There will always be those who look at life or other peoples lives negatively. They are know as miserable old *******s. You know the type I mean, we meet them on sites all the time and I've yet to go to a site without at least one ;O)

As moderators both Damian and myself are used to sometimes having negative comments directed at us and taking a 'fair bashing'.
Many users of this forum benefit from it in terms of shared advice and knowledge and in order for Haymarket to be able to run this forum they have to insist that it is moderated so we simply do our best in spite of a few negatives now and again.
The message is that even if you take an occasional bashing you have to do what you think is right for the common good Andrew.
Keep up the good work.
