Accidentally Washed my Caravan

Went outside to fill the car washer water thingy, needed to use the hosepipe to wash down a spill of washer liquid (small mind you) when the wife saw me .....

The next thing she appeared with a bucket and broom and insisted "we" give the van a little clean.....

The rest is history! OH still the top to do but IMO what the eye does not see, does not bother me!

All packed and ready for the weekend new runner carpets down and stuck down looking lovely ! I'm tempted to go wash it now but it's a bit overcast ?!

Ours is packed and ready.
Washed and polished at the weekend, tyre pressures checked, wheel nuts torqued

Can’t wait

Arrived home after two weeks away. The Cadac was well coked up. Full long blast in dishwasher still hasn't removed all the carbon..Other than a powered wire brush anyone know of any decent chemical that will do the job?

You are right....but since the wife and I are not big meat eaters, there is no need to learn

I'm partial to a well cooked sausage though, so feel free to chuck one on your barbie in September if and when you fire yours up πŸ˜— πŸ™‚

No ! But a dam good brush . I could not be bothered to get the tall steps out to reach across the roof to wax it ! πŸ™

Pooped you may be, but no excuses as to why you cannot finish the job after resting (10 minute nap is enough for all but the laziest).
πŸ˜›

I have yet to wash and wax my roof this year, in truth I have not washed and waxed the sides either  .

I have completed most of the maintenance works, so I award myself a 210 for effort πŸ˜›

Just glad with the van stored under the carport with about an inch top clearance there is no chance of me or others seeing the roof during storage.
Not that it keeps dirt off, just viewing it.

Anybody used Fenwicks Advanced caravan care Bobby Dazzler .....Just basically spray on. No polishing, repels water, dirt and algae.

I’ve been using all three Fenwicks products Cleaner, Bobby Dazzler and Overwintering for a number of years. I find they do what they say on the tin. Bobby Dazzler does help maintain the vans appearance and I’ve used it on cars too when I’m too lazy to polish and wax, which is most times. πŸ™‚
