Advice needed please

We have a 2007 Elddis Advante 505 and we purcheased it new from Leisure sales near to holmes chapel. To cut a long story short we have had a few repairs done under warranty and the last time it was in they were supposed to change the vanity unit as well as the shower tray, They changed the tray but not the unit as they thought i said it needs resealing (it's got hair line cracks in all the corners by the hinges) Anyway i've been phoning them since nov 08 to get it done and the reply is always we are waiting for elddis to get back in touch. I phoned them today and they said the company who make the vanity unit have gone bust so they cant done anything apart from a temp repair? Well thats not good enough and well i sell my caravan to upgrade i will loose money because of the cracks?

Sorry for a such long post but i could do with a bit of advice at what to do now?

its true, thompson plastics have gone into administration. depending on how bad the cracks are will determin if it will have any re-sale impact. if they are only small hairline cracks i wouldnt have thought it would make a difference on value

They are only small hair-line cracks but they are all around the hinges for the mirror so eventually they will get worse. There must be something the dealer can do as the caravan is still under warranty?

Your dealer cannot walk away from this.

They are the ones who should busting a gut now to get you an OME replacement or something comparable and problay fitted in the current models.

No weay do take a hit on depreciation because of this issue.

You need to become a real Rotty dog with the dealer.
