advice please on what sort of awning light to buy

Hi

We have just bought a porch awning 2.5mts x 3.5mts the van itself has got a awning light

But its only a normal 21w-12v bulb, I am hoping to try the awning out next week end,

& I would like some advice Please as to what sort of light would be suitable to use to give off more light,

I have thought led power ? Also maybe fluorescent ?.

We have dogs, so I would like something I can fasten up out of the way.

I have found this light and wondered what anybody thought of it ?

That's far too bright Steve.

Buy a bulkhead fitting, bolt two pipe clips to the back to clip onto awning poles.

I used 22mm clips.

You can use an energy saving lamp in this.

I use two of these in my 5.5 metre awning.
