Hi, my coachmen caravan TV was working fine, but the van has been cleaned, and now the TV aerial doesn't work. Anyone know what I should look at to troubleshoot the problem?

I am assuming this is a fixed aireal. Did you clean in the cupboard where the amplifier is found as If so I would check that none of the connections have been disturbed. It was easily done in our last caravan where it was in the wadrobe.
Assuming you have a light on the amplifier check, if that is on, and if not there should be a switch on that which you can check. Ours also as a control dial for the amplification and that normally needs to be near full power on most sites.
After that you will need to check the wiring and depending on if the light is on or off where to look but possibly if this does not help you could let us know what sort of system you have, as that could help if yours is different.

This is the one we have, I haven't seen any lights, the co-ax plug is just below the aerial, I have no idea if there is any power on it. It was only cleaned, not moved at all, so I'm at a loss as to what it could be, and I have no idea how to get at anything. It must come down the wall into the socket

On my caravan inside where the table kept the vision plus and it lit up have you look but yours might be in the wardrobe .good luck
I'll have a look the next time I go up to the storage next week sometime. We just come back from holiday, thankfully had a premier pitch with TV output

We can connect to an outside TV supply, but it is the one in the caravan that has stopped working.
