Airstream Caravans

Is it just me but I can't stand the sight of these caravans despite the hype about them.

The only place I've ever seen one was at an exhibition or in an advert.

Beauty in the eye of the beholder I suppose.

I agree with you but to be fair they look much more impressive in America and Canada especilly when you see a convoy of 'streamers'enjoying life to the full. Next to US trailers and 5th wheelers even Airstreams look good and it is a shame that the european interiors lack the quality and style of the real thing. They are also cheaper in the States.

I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder - I am with Alistair they look so 50's - still I heard a lady at the NEC say "If the lottery comes up we will be ordering one" so they certainly have a following !

I was travelling west on the M4 just north of Bristol and saw one Thursday afternoon, Only to find it was being pulled by a white transit!
