On collection of our new Senator( Series 6 2008), we and the dealer were unable to operate the trailer control. (No light visible on the ATC indicator). We tried hitching to another caravan with the system and that wouldn't work either. The conclusion was that it was a fault with the towbar electrics on our 2001 Landrover Discovery. My husband has changed the grey plug for a new one but to no avail. On testing the electrical connection it appears that terminal 4 is live and giving an output of 13.7 volts. Does anyone have any ideas what the problem could be please?
