Hi Lutz and all others following this post. My car has the usual ABS and TRACS (TRACS can be enabled/disabled with a dashboard switch). It is also prone to Torque Steer (FWD and 255bhp)even with the Twin Axle on the back, and in a rapid take off from a standstill at certain types of junctions to join the flow it has surprising Get Up & Gone.
The reason for asking the question in the first place was the business of a visible warning to following drivers;in a similar way to the exhauster braking on HGV's. My understanding is that working off a depression in the manifold there is a momentary arresting of the speed, most notable on a decent and this appears to active the break-light circuit. In this context,I wondered if there was some sort of active pin/connection that was linked to the break light circuit/wiring harness of the caravan. Indeed, if the caravan is controlled from a Snake Potential it must surely be done by a momentary application of the caravan brakes;therefore however small a change in road-speed it should bring on a visible warning (Caravan Brake-Lights)
therwise how else would a trailing driver/rider be warned of a potential/possible incident?, if in the event of the ATC not doing what is said to be able to-do,for example on an unstable surface like snow, ice or frost covered surface.
