Al-ko shock absorbers

Whilst having a peruse of my local dealers accessory shop, i came across some shock absorbers made by Al-ko. I was wondering if anyone has added said "shockers" to their van and if you thought they were worth the £70 price tag? Also, are they as easy to fit as you would be led to believe from the packaging?

To keep it short; Yes and Yes; you can really notice the difference when a truck goes by, you don't seem to get sucked in as much.

Fitted them to my last van and a good deal of difference, got a ne van with them fitted as standard if not I would havbe had them fitted. I fitted the pair myself took about 20 mins each side and was easy (im no diy er)
