I can’t recall Alko doing such a big discount offer on wheel locks. I wonder if it could be because there are so many in circulation that people are finding it easy to buy a used one, sort out the lock/keys etc then sell the old lozenge onwards.

Any chance of a discount on a new Alko axle, despite the known shortcomings of the suspension.
