Alarms going off when van in storage...

Got new van - put new van in Cassoa storage site that WAS 24hr. Now they have limited the times we can get to the van to office hours - its now 6.09pm they are shut and the Phantom tracker has gone off!

What do you do with a van in storage with an activated alarm???

I am pretty sure its ok its got all the security you could have, and the site is very secure, we currently have a thunder storm going on and am thinking that might have set it off - it was set off last winter during a strong storm.

(as I live in london I was very limited to where I store the van, so its over 30 mins away in Kent)

Just wondering what other do when far from their van, you can't get to it and the alarm goes off.
 
Hi Bj, only just picked up your request. The best I can offer is to contact the Police and report the alarm to obtain a crime number. This should cover you with the insurance company if there is a problem.

Then I know Phantom are excellent at tracking any unit as you must have realised when you activated the system.

I hope it was a false alarm and all was ok.
