I just bought a compass omega 534 caravan the lights are working but the sockets are not is there any sort of switch over from battery to mains I must do to get full electric in caravan th

Your caravan will need to be plugged into an external 230v mains connection to get power at the mains sockets.

Is the breaker on your power supply unit switched on when plugged into the mains EHU.
