Swift Smart construction has been around for ten years now.
Have there been any horror stories regarding damp??
Or is it as good as they say it is??
 
Haven’t heard any damp horror stories and I am in a couple of Swift owners groups on FB and, trust me, if there were complaints about damp, they would be there. The overwhelming construction issue ( aside from the rubbish taps) is cracking of the Panoramic window. Appears to be almost compulsory 😀
