another awning question, sunncamp

its time for a new porch awning after 12 years , looking at a sunncamp
versara air 390 conciderd the sunncamp swif air 390 but I like the fact, if required I can purchase a annex, has and body had bad experiances with them please.
Thank You

We have a Suncamp porch awning Swift 260 I think; it is really very good especially for the price. Material not as strong as our Outdoor Revolution Oxygen full sizer but compared to that it was mega cheap. Very well made little awning that is easy to put up and take down and stood up to 24 hours days continuous rain in Glennevis -seriously wet but it stayed dry and on the way home a howling gale in North Berwick-we did succumb then and took it down at 2am as we were v worried about it flying away; some did!

We brought a used Sunncamp Rotonde 300 plus porch awning it said excellent condition we got it at a good price first outing i put Fabsil 600ml x2 to waterproof the awning suprising it did very well ,

We had a similar Suncamp porch awning (made in China) zip broke, found Suncamp most unhelpful- couldn't provide a replacement zip and didn't want to help,in the end we scrapped the awning - put it in the bin, never to buy another one.

Actually i cannot not grumble the one i brought reasonly cost me £15 and it had a try out and everything works .

We love our suncamp 260-sorry you were unlucky-seems really well made and so far has withstood a full week of constant Scottish rain, and a howling gale in NorthBerwick (got up at 2am to take it down though as we were a bit worried!). And it still doesn't leak a drop.
