I have Vista and use AOL a message has appeared a couple of times saying an problem has been found with saving sent emails etc is this genuine or if i download am I abouit to get a load of grief
 
Why don't you just set up a E-mail account with google mail its free & easy to use & you can inport it to outlook.....

Have beeen using it for 18 months never a problem.
 
Hi Plotter,

The first thing you should ask yourself is whether you've had any problems with saving sent emails. If you have, then I would suggest that you contact AOL helpdesk, they should be able to authenticate the message.

If you haven't had any problems then you've already done the best thing - not clicked on it!
 
If in doubt, dont !!! there are many virus's about at the moment so do not download anything you have not asked for, your computer could get infected.Make sure your anti virus is up to date. I use AVG and it works for me.
