API JUST FOUND OUT

Hi everyone HELP

booked ferry crossing at last, had to call them to do it long story

They have sent an email to do API but the reference number won't work.

any ideas

I am trying to get through to them

Some web sites don’t work well on Safari and prefer Chrome. What browser are you using? Otherwise your best option is to continue to contact the company. Or try logging in directly to your account then see if the API reference number works.

thanks \imanaged to get through to P&O its not working everyone has been calling. they will do it at port basically they will look at passports 🙄🙄🤔🤔

That’s a good outcome. Mind you if they can’t get something as simple as API to work heaven help them when the new EU and UK border security checks come in.

I am surprised anyone is still using P&O after that issue last year when they laid off a lot of long term staff?
