Armed police have swooped on a coach on the M6 Toll motorway in the West Midlands.

Call me Mr Cynical, but it looks like a flexing of muscle in readiness for the olympics; A sort of 'see what we can do if we have to' scenario. Why else pick on the emptiest road in the country? It's hardly a target in it's own right.

I think it was in response to the passenger seen pouring liquid into a container and smoke/steam being emitted. I know the bus wasn't at 35000 ft and in mid Atlantic but I guess someone responded similarly. Damnation that means no more Pot Noodles for me on National Express trips!

There wouldn't happen to have been somebody towing an Abbey caravan down the M6T at the time did there by any chance?

Latest report says it was one of these artificial ciggies that help you give up smoking. Guess they will become illegal soon. Best I stay on coke.
