Please can you look on the Technical page and check out the title called water pulsating. There seems to be quite a few of us with Swift/Ace caravans who are having problems with the pumps on their vans. Please could you respond on the technical site so that we may be able to get some kind of solution or feedback to go back to our dealers.

Ours does pulse but it has not been as bad as some but as we are upgrading our 2007 Abby, later this year. I would like to know if the water supply will be smoothed out for next year. The splashing of water as it pulses is a bit annoying but only a real problem if the water is turned on low.

Have just returned from hols and I see that Kath has picked up on the pump problem. But would like to let you know that, I also

suffered terrible pulsation problems and vibrations through whole water system, (With Surflo pump and Pressure chamber fitted). The dealer said that it was standered and as fitted!!

Also mentioned this to Swift at the time earlier this year and was told to go to the dealer!! I knew that this was not standard and went direct to Surflo themselves. This was the best move and I found them most helpful. They even attended the dealers site, made their own adjustments and all has been fine since, (of course under the warranty). (At the time Swift and the Dealer did not want to know!!)

Hi

I get a juddering sound (which seems to be coming from the pump area) and the water does splutter a little. The noise is really infuriating - like a 'dugga-dugga-dugga' sort of thing.

Is this what other people have encountered?
