Avtex TV plug

Am looking for a 4 pin plug as used on Avtex TV's,bought an Amperor D1122 lead but only 2 of the pins are live,all 4 are on my Avtex so I'd like to make one up myself to connect to the 12volt lead thats fitted to my Bailey van,have tried Maplins any other ideas?

Thats the plug but:S3 - Fixed Adapter size 4-pin (Pins 1 & 2 = Positive, Pins 3 & 4 = Negative)
On Avtex all 4 pins are positive and the case is negative.If I cut the leads and join them it will work but wanted to keep the Indiana 12volt plug if I could.There is a lighter socket to 2.1 female plug and then the avtex lead but it starts looking a bit messy behind the TV
