Awning blind loops.

I have a Suncamp 390 awning that i purchased new with my Swift Elegance 560 5 years ago. The loops that hold up the blinds are now loosing there stretch, the problem is they are sown into the awning seams and I do not want to disturb them. Any suggestions or a work round to replace the loops without disturbing the seems.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I would , next to where they attach to the awning seams ,sow in new elastic material, available from Abakhan fabrics and home they have outlets around the country , also around the country there are various tent repair companies. I used Tent valeting services ( they don't valet anymore , just repairs and modifications) in Farnworth , when I damaged my awning zip ( well actually my slightly drunk friend did it).
