Awning Carpet

Hello All,
Advice needed on awning carpet/flooring.
I want to upgrade the open weave matting that I currently use 'cos I'm fed up of sitting in the cold and damp.
Some friends have a close weave matting that is breathable and seems to be warm to the touch and almost water resistant. Unfortunately it doesn't have a label and as they bought it second hand they don't know where it was bought from.

Anyone got any suggestions.

This isn't going to be much help, but we got close weave "morroccan matting" at a caravan show (NEC). Can't remember the name of the stall. However I think that Pyramid do some close weave matting.

Try looking on www.breathablegroundsheet.co.uk we have a close weave Isabella groundsheet very good quality and was cheapest supplier we could find. We have also had other groundsheets from them one for our porch awning and my mother in law purchased one too. Excellent service we had them recommended from a friend who also received excellent service. super quick delivery too.

Many Thanks D and P, and Surfer;
I've just ordered the Isabella Bolun Plus from BreathableGroundsheet after many hours of searching.
I just hope it turns up in time for the half term holidays which start Friday. We've got a full week away in the van next week so it'll be ideal to see how much better it is than the open weave material we used before.

I'll let you know how I get on with it when we get back!
