Hi to all you caravaners. Can any one recomend a awning cleaning company that can remove sand stains.I have read some horiffic reviews on using this tye of service, so if any one has used a company for this service and did not experence issues I would be most grateful. Also does any one knows of companiesa to keep clear from and why

Your are right there have been some pretty poor reviews of awning cleaning services. My take on it would be to do it myself using a good qualtity awning/tent cleaning product and then re-proofing. If you cannot remove or reduce sandstains this way then I doubt that any company will do so either.
 
I cleaned our Isabella awning with pure soap flakes, with a soft brush, used the hose to wash off the soap then when dry reproofed it. This is a summer job and we have enough room on the drive to put the awning up. It did really clean the awning, it look 100% better than it did.
