We went away in our caravan at Christmas and had a great time, however 2 nights we had really heavy frost, such that next morning we had ice on the inside of the awning roof, when the sun came up the inside of the awning looked as if it was raining as the ice melted, is there a way round this, perhaps a double roof or can I line the roof with something like bubblewrap or plastic sheeting, if anybody else has had this problem and found a way round it I would love to know as it seemed to be the only negative to going away in winter. Many thanks

When we're away in colder weather we keep the fan heater running in the awning all night, on a low setting. This avoids condensation and the feeling that everything in the awning is damp. I know it's not environmentally friendly, but it works.
