awning heaters

As we are going away for Oct half term we thought we may need a portable heater for the awning. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Hi kate we have a halogen heater.As well as giving of a decent bit of heat it also creates a warm cosy atmos. in the awning.

Hello Kate, I fully endorse the previous respondnats who are all suggestiong electric mains heating. Though it has not been said, I hope it is obvious that open flame devices should be avoided, because of the flamability of the awning matereial, plus the fact that should the awning set alight it effectively blocks a safe exit from the caravan.
