Awning Light - Ring Ultra Cover

Hi,

Need to change a bulb and clean but can't work out how to get cover off? Have squeezed the top and there are to "luggs" there but can't workout how to release the rest of the cover. Anyone able to help please?

Squeaze top to bottom and pull. A small screwdriver used as a lever about an inch from each end helps.

I find a round ended kitchen knife,the old fashioned with yellow handle, is ideal
