Trip out today

A relative of mine sold his caravan at the beginning of last year due to the struggle he and his wife had (both in their 70's and neither tall),after sulking all last summer they're now returning to the fold,, they're looking for a twin axle.We are looking at some over the next couple of weeks๐Ÿ™‚
Kimberley in Darlington have a very nice 2024 bailey Unicorn while not twin Axel it is still a very roomy van

Unfortunately his vehicle had overheating problems half way there, just before the M1 turn off, once of the motorway he parked on a coffee, not finding anything obvious he contacted Green flag whilst I walked to nearby petrol station for two bottles of pop.Within minutes a low loader appeared after a short discussion the vehicle was loaded and back home we went,,,we are both glad in one respect that it didn't happen on the return journey with the caravan on tow.The problem with his overheating problem incidentally was a failed thermostat...The hunt continues shortly ๐Ÿ™‚and thank you for your replies..meanwhile I am awaiting 6mtrs of window seal etc to be delivered for my caravan, images etc to be posted soon Gary
