We bought a Pyramid Tuscany porch awning as a clearence item (but brand new). We didnt need to use it for about 8 months but when we did we discovered that it wasnt complete, it was missing the curtains but more importantly it didnt have any awning pole pads. The dealer we bought it from do not stock the Pyradmid specific pads so they gave us some generic pads. The generic pads are not great as the hooks on the end of the awning poles just rest in a couple of receses. SO the question is where can I get some genuine Pyramid pads from?
Although I feel a bit let down by the dealer on this I have to say they have been very good for everything else.
I suppose the moral of the story is to check everything you buy, even if you arent going to use it for a while.
