Awning query again

Caravan is Olympus 534 Awning length 1046
I've been offered an Isabella Sunblue 1025 - 1039. I know its about 12cm short ( taking mid range values ) but will this make a significant difference?
Also will it thread into the awning channel due to the sharp rear bend.

most go up in 15 ,so it may not fit unless you can try i would notbuy
