Hi Sammy
The strip is called Herzim strip and it comes in different sizes and colours.
Some caravan accessory shops stock it or Click Here to see a range of Herzim strip.

You may find the following helpful when doing the job:
To fit, remove all old strip, clean out the channel , cut the strip to length PLUS about 4 inches.
Place strip in a bucket of hot water to soften it then press into the channel, get one edge in the channel first and the rest will follow as you run your thumb along the length.
Leave a couple of inches extending from each end until the strip has cooled as it will shrink.
Fit end caps and secure strip .
