Awning roof stretched due to water "pooling"

My awning roof has collected water and it as stretched the vinyl- It now sags when dry in a specific area, Can it be repaired/Replaced ?

I had my awning repaired by them and the service was excellent. They arranged for it to be picked up by carrier and it was returned within a week. Hope this helps.
