Awning Size

Hello All,

I am very new to caravans, if you have seen my other questions you will of known!!

I pick up my caravan this weekend, its a Bailey Senator Carolina, the spec says the awning measuremnt is 1088, can someone point me in the right direction as to what size awning, I read one post where someone used an awning 1075??

Do you have any recomendations of what awning to buy and what size I should get?

When I ave managed to buy the correct one Im then going to ask how to put the thing up (just giving you a heads up on future questions)!!

Hi

We are all new to caravans at some time.

They usually say plus or minus 15cm will fit, so 1075 would be fine. If you go on a few makers sites you will see the dimensions and sometimes a size number. Not sure if they all measure the same but the size quoted by Bailey for that model and year will be in the middle of a suitable range.

For size run a piece of string from the ground through the awning rail and back to the ground this is the size of awning you require this is how all manafacturers tell you how to measure correctly
