Have I got this right please.

I am looking at some second hand awnings for my 1994 Elddis Typhoon.

The van measurer 20 feet long, thats the body.

I put some string around the guide rail and that was 324 inches or 27 feet but did not take the string to the ground so if I add on 26 inches that will make 350 inches, then convert that to 889 cm.

So would you say I am looking for an awning of 889cm +.

If I have this right I will be right chuffed.

Beware!

All awnings are not the same size. The different manufacturers have different sizes.

EG., a 900cm Isabella is a diffewrent size to say a 900cm Dorema.

Find out the make you are interested in, and then check the makers web site.

Isabella have a good site that matches caravan to awning. So do many of the other manufacturers
