I have recently purchased a Pyramid PDQ Awning. On its second use it was subjected to rain. As a result there was ponding of water on the roof. Having re-tensioned the awning as much as was possible but ponding still occured. Has anyone else had a similar problem
 
I emailed the company gave them the problems that had occured together with pictures and they replaced my awning I must commend them on their customer servicxes.
