Hi! all i have just purchased a 2006 caravan, but it does not have a full awning with it I've got around £600 and want a fairly good one, been looking at a bradcot active with the 3 alloy pole system seem easy to put up. I would apreicate any comment on this.

Kind Regards

The money would be very much better spent on a second hand Isabella or Ventura IMO. Your budget will get a really good one.

I found the Bradcot pole's telescopic system often slipping in windy weather and finally one pole bent. Not a good system for those windy days or nights.

Michael

Keep checking "Preloved" for a second hand Izzy. Well worth sniffing one out.

Also it's worth ringing around the dealers . My previous Izzy was second hand. Used only a couple of times , the curtains will still in the sealed bag, carbon x poles. Cost me

Hi, We have a Bradcot classic with the easy alloy poles and it is incredibly easy to put up, in fact it is easier to put up the Bradcot than it is our smaller porch awning. I have not experienced the poles slipping and we have been out at all times of the year with it.

Bradcot are now finished.

I rang around dealers today, and bargains are about on all 2008 awnings.

Ventura are made by isabella (in Poland to keep price down). They look good value and can be picked up at good prices.

Second hand is as it states, you may be lucky.
