I am supposed to pick up my new caravan on friday,i went to the storage yard to collect my van (being used as px)only to find two holes in caravan side wall. the grass has been cut using a ride on mower which has gone over a flint and caused the damage.

HELP.
 
It's an insurance claim, and I would be claiming on the storage yards. Take the van to where it's being P/x'd , get them to give you a quote for repair.You can probably still go ahead and swop, you will just have to do a bit of dealing on payment etc.
 
Happend to me once. I stuck an orange reflecter over it, also had to do the other side.

Mind you, there's a limit on how many you can stick on!
