Can not get Toilet tank out the lever on front of toilet seem lose and not working how do I get tank out to see what going on inside. Mick
 
As it is new you cannot much as it will need the supplying dealer to sort out as any damage you may do will invalidate the warranty.
Contact your supplying dealer and seek advice from him.

There may be a Bailey transient warranty service centre near where you are who may be able to help, with approval from your supplying dealer.
 
Are you sure the toilet itself is back in position. Mine would need turning sideways so the toilet was inline with the direction you pull the tank out. If not you couldn’t pull the cassette out.

If I read it right you cannot close the hatch inside as the lever is inoperative, and therefore cannot remove the waste tank as the mechanism cannot be aligned. Definitely a job for the supplying dealer I'm afraid!
 
Try jigging the lever while someone else tries to remove the cassette. Do the pulling gently and not with force. If it does not work you will need to use site facilties instead.
