Just bought a 2016 Bailey Van the ATC and reversing lights are not working tried it on another car and was OK tried it with a step down transformer and it was also OK.
Suspect from the above it is the 13 pin socket.
Which pins would the ATC and reversing lights be connected on the socket.
I have a Sept 2017 Hyundai Tucson 1.6 Diesel Auto.
I am going to go back to the dealer who fitted the Tow Bar and Electrics and tell him there is a fault with the socket wiring and don't want to be fobbed off by him. your advice please.

I suspect the dealer contracted a towbar specialist to fit the towbar and electrics. Just talk to the dealer and explain the problem and ask them to investigate. They will no doubt get the specialist in to diagnose the problem. If he fitted a Hyundai specific loom then it should be suitable rather than a generic loom. But I would have thought the test bar used by the technician would have thrown up lighting faults.

I had my Santa Fe towbar and Electrics fitted from new by the dealer, on the first hook up to the caravan, the ATC did not work, when I checked the dealer had not fitted the earth return. I am able to sort this out myself, but Google 13 pin trailer electrics this will come back with pin numbers.

Thank you for the responses, it is now sorted.
When I ordered the car my old car then was two sockets and I was asked did I want single or dual electrics, I said single thinking a 13 pin would have single electrics. The dealer understood this to mean just single electrics i.e. just for lights and indicators.
As it was fitted in house the fitter was there and rewired it for me.
We are quite rural up here the dealers supplies to farmer etc., I can accept the mix up.
