bailey bordeaux hatches

we have a bailey bordeaux 2005 S5 .Last week i noticed a pool of water in the black plastic tray inside the bed box hatch , this had obiously come in through the gasket seal I have heard that this is a common fault and that Bailey have brought a modification to the hatch seal.Does anyone know about this

Hi Coljac, just picked up a new bordeaux and was not aware of this potential problem. We have had a bit of rain of late, I'll go and check later today to see if it has leaked. Watch this space!

We have had our Bordeaux for 1 month now,1st time out it p****d all weekend, and not found water yet. As yet not had any problems with the van.

Dry as a bone! Mind you, only been 3 weeks or so since we got it so it may already have the modified seal. So far so good.
