Bailey Caravan Roof

Hi Everyone
I have a 2012 Bailey Pegasus Bologna and I got up on the roof today to give it a clean and all the paint has come off around the skylights.
Has anyone else come across this?
Would love to hear your views.

I wouldn't have thought a caravan of that age would have paint on the roof. Could it be a thin film of sealant?

Not sure but it is white all over but nice and shiny where the white has come off!
