the two taps in the van are very powerful but the shower head has only 4inches of of water pressure is this ok or do i have a problem given that the van has such a powerful pump i was hoping the shower would be as good as the taps

You have a problem

I would check the pipes for kinks and unscrew the shower head to see if its better without,thus ruling out blockage of the handset.

Our Oklahoma shower is very good so I would check the pipe runs for constriction.

Try all hot or all cold to rule out one or the other.

the power seems to come and go so its back to the dealer as bailey said there could be a blockage but i am not removing the box as i don t want to lose the warranty lee
