A bit more information as to what exactly the problem you are trying to fix would certainly assist us to provide assistance. As in what part of tje wiring are you trying to access, are you sure it's the wiring rather than the fusing, or even the supply, that's the issue?
 
No problem to fix, just to access the wires - main light feed.
Looks like the back panel comes off, anyone know if it does and if the wires are behind it?
 
I am not sure there isn’t a junction each side behind the bumpers.
A lot of vans have a single block behind the rear panel in the centre at the bottom, These were accessed by undoing the rear panel screws under the van
