Bailey Pageant 2008 12V Electrics not working

Hi

I had my caravan services recently and when I got home I found that none of the 12 electrics are working. The voltmeter doesn't register any voltage when the master switch is turned on. This is what I have established so far

The battery is charged.
Mains electrics are working fine
I have power at the "Van Battery +" fuse in the PDU
The master switch is working and shows continuity at the PDU
There is no power at any other fuse

I am going back to the service engineer later this week but is there anything else I can check first to try to isolate the problem? As far as I know all the fuses are in the PDU and I have checked them all.

There is often an inline fuse in the Positive wire to the battery, Have you found one?

That is what I had hoped for and I have checked the wires from the battery to the PDU and found nothing. Also, the fact that I have power from the battery into the PDU and at the battery fuse in the PDU would indicate that there is no break along that wire. I'll check it again anyway in case I missed something.

Still haven't found a fuse near the battery but I have disconnected the battery and confirmed that there is a charging voltage at the battery cables. I go back to the service engineer tomorrow so hopefully the news won't be too painful. I'll update when I know more.

Back from the service engineer and it turned out that the fuse board in the PDU was blown. He had a replacement in stock so it didn't take too long to repair. It appears that the relay on the grey socket on the car is probably faulty and sending the full output from the alternator to the caravan which overloaded the board. Hope this helps someone who comes after me with the same problem.

Hmm, I cant argue that the PDU board may have developed a fault, but I can't see how the power available at the grey socket is any different to the rest of the power on the cars normal 12V circuits, If the power was defective Im sure you would have seen other faults in the car.
